【摘要】 目的 探讨强脉冲光和染料激光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症疗效。方法 利用强脉冲光嫩肤仪和染料脉冲激光机治疗60例面部毛细血管扩张症病例。比较两组临床疗效及副作用。结果 强光组疗效为90%，激光组为疗效93.3%。染料激光痊愈率略高于强脉冲光，二者差异无统计学意义。但强脉冲光无任何副作用，染料激光出现色素沉着及色素减退等副作用。结论 强脉冲光嫩肤仪为治疗面部毛细血管扩张的有效、安全的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the curative effects of intense pulsed light and pulsed dye laser in the treatment of telangiectasia.Methods Equal30cases in60facial telangiectasia patients were treated with intense pulsed light（IPL）or pulsed dye laser（PDL）respectively，and the clinical curative effects and side effects were comˉpared.Results The IPL group showed90%curative rate without any side effect，whereas the curative rate of PDL group was93.3%and side effects such as pigmentation and depigmentation were observed.Conclusion The result showsthat IPL is an effective and safe method of the treatment of facial telangiectasia.

面部毛细血管扩张是面部表皮及真皮浅层的小血管呈持久扩张状态，是由于日光照射、长期使用皮质激素或遗传因素所致，表现为点状、丝状、线状、网状红斑。皮损可局限于某一部位，也可泛发整个面部。患者有灼热感或无任何症状，常因影响美容而就诊，要求治疗。我们利用强脉冲光嫩肤仪和脉冲染料激光治疗了 60例该类患者，对其临床效果及副作用进行了对照比较。现报告如下。
